📍 Location: Croatia
Your role will involve:
🔹Crafting customized travel itineraries that reflect our clients' interests and travel goals
🔹Assisting clients with travel planning, including hotel bookings, transportation, local tours, and more
🔹Offering top-notch customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly
🔹Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and advisories related to travel in our region
What we're looking for:
🔹Experience in the travel industry, ideally as a travel agent
🔹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
🔹Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge about Croatia and neighboring countries
🔹Fluency in English and Croatian; knowledge of Spanish is a plus!
