Split

Split, the largest city on the Dalmatian Coast, is a unique blend of ancient and modern. It's renowned for Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which embodies the city's rich history dating back over 1,700 years. The city's name derives from a shrub with beautiful yellow flowers, known as the Spanish or weaver's broom. Split boasts the world's oldest Catholic Cathedral, St. Domnius, originally built as Diocletian’s mausoleum. The city is also celebrated for its culinary heritage, vibrant shopping scene, and as a filming location for the TV series "Game of Thrones". With over 2800 hours of sunshine a year, Split's climate makes it an ideal vacation destination​​​​.


Hvar (Jelsa)

Jelsa is known for its sporting traditions, including a successful rowing club and an annual handball training camp led by Croatian legend Ivano Balic. The 'Za Krizen' procession, inscribed as UNESCO intangible heritage, has been a tradition for over 500 years on Maundy Thursday. Historically, Jelsa transformed from a fishing and agricultural village to a maritime and shipbuilding center, playing a significant role in its development.


Hvar (Vrboska)

Vrboska, often called "Little Venice," is admired for its beautiful stone bridges and Venetian-style architecture. The Church Fortress of St. Mary, rebuilt around 1575, stands as an architectural marvel and a unique fortress-church in the region. Vrboska's history traces back to the 15th century when it was the harbor for the nearby settlement of Vrbanja.


Pelješac (Trpanj)

Trpanj in Pelješac is celebrated for its beautiful beaches, healing mud lagoon, and vineyards in Gornja and Donja Vrućica. The town is dotted with ancient churches and chapels, some mentioned in the oldest Christian documents. Trpanj offers outdoor activities like hiking and biking, with trails such as the Olive Oil Route and the Herbs Route.


Hvar (Milna)

Milna, located just 4 km from the city of Hvar, offers a serene environment with protected coves and beaches. The 14th-century parish church of Sts Fabian and Sebastian in Milna features a significant 17th-century Baroque altar.


Brač (Bol)

DAY 1

Split to Hvar

Your journey begins with a departure from the historic ports of Split, Kaštela, or Trogir. As the sails catch the wind, the Adriatic Sea ushers you towards Jelsa, a picturesque town on Hvar island known for its cobblestone charm and vibrant wine culture. Here, the acclaimed Duboković Winery awaits, offering a tasting of local varietals, followed by a delightful dinner at Napoleon Konoba, where traditional Croatian dishes meet the elegance of Hvar's culinary scene.

Hvar: Jelsa to Vrboska
