Hvar is well known as the sunniest island in Croatia with 2718 sunny hours per year. But that’s not the thing that solely places it among the top summer destinations in the world. Known as the island of wine, Hvar is famous for its great restaurants, which, in addition to a tasty menu, also offer a secure berth for yachts and sail ships of the nautical aficionados. It is situated in a bay on the southwest coast of the island, facing the sun and the sea it offers you the most memorable sunsets you will never forget. But it’s not all about the sunsets, there is something about the dawns also, and it can be easily experienced by dancing till the morning comes.
Fly into Split and meet your driver at the airport exit. You'll be taken to the port for a fast catamaran ride to Hvar. Upon arrival, your host will greet you at the port and escort you to your accommodation. After check-in and freshening up, join your local guide for a relaxed walking tour to explore Hvar's stunning architecture and vibrant surroundings.
After the tour, choose between traditional or modern restaurants for dinner, where you'll savor dishes made from fresh local ingredients.

Start your day with breakfast, then relax at the beach or explore the town. Don't miss the morning coffee at “Pjaca,” a local tradition. In the afternoon, embark on a half-day excursion to discover Hvar’s culinary delights. Travel through historic villages like Brusje and Selca, enjoying views of lavender fields, olive groves, and vineyards.
Visit a local winery and then dine at a secret location, possibly an olive grove, abandoned village, or private household, hosted by an experienced chef.
Conclude your evening by experiencing Hvar’s vibrant nightlife. Dance until sunrise, explore bars and clubs, or take a free taxi boat to a beach bar on a private island.

After breakfast, get ready for a thrilling speedboat tour. Wear your swimsuits, bring your beach towel, and don’t forget sunscreen. Your first stop is the Green Cave, where you can swim and enjoy the emerald light show. Then, visit Biševo Island’s famous Blue Cave, where a dinghy will take you inside to see the magnificent aquamarine light.
Weather permitting, explore more hidden inlets like Stiniva. In the afternoon, enjoy lunch at a modern tavern in Milna Bay, savoring dishes made from local ingredients.
On the way back to Hvar, your skipper will stop at hidden bays for swimming, snorkeling, or sunbathing.
Return to Hvar town and head to Hula Hula beach bar to dance to groovy music and enjoy breathtaking sunset views. Relax with sunbeds, VIP tables, and cabanas. Reservations can be made in advance.

An afternoon siesta is a perfect time to try some wine and relax on the terraces of the stone-built houses in one of the historic villages of Hvar
Enjoy breakfast and check out. If time allows, visit the Green Market to see locals shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables. Then, take the catamaran back to Split, followed by a private transfer to Split Airport.
